Budget

From 2009 to 2011 the development of the BSR Stars programme was done by in kind investment, SIDA BSR programme and the Nordic Council of Ministers Mobility programme. From 2011 the starting up activities are financed by the BSR programme of the territorial Structural funds. The BSR Stars programme is a framework programme 2010-2020 within the EU macro-strategy and the ambition is to add on financial instruments to further develop the BSR Stars programme.
