Mingling, matching and developing opportunities for making business with the “best of BSR”

In connection with the BSR Innovation Express call supporting the internationalization of SMEs through clusters, NetMatch (supported by the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation) is leading the organization of a Cluster-to-Cluster Matchmaking and Funding Conference in Copenhagen, 9-10 April 2013.

The ambitions for the cluster-to-cluster matchmaking event and conference are high. Funding and associated partners from the Nordic and Baltic Sea Region aim to gather 200 participants from 100 of our top cluster initiatives and business networks – all interested in pursuing international collaboration opportunities for the benefit of their associated SMEs.

The first day is devoted to cluster-to-cluster matchmaking and funding opportunities. Funding opportunities through BSR Innovation Express, Enterprise Europe Network, and Eureka/Eurostars will be presented. On day two, focus will be on cluster perspectives related to Horizon 2020’s six grand challenges and the development of cluster innovation projects.

The event primarily targets cluster initiatives from the countries of the Baltic Sea Region (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland and Sweden); however a limited number of seats have been reserved for international clusters.
