Verifying and testing in real environments with real end users – giving real results!

Do you have products or services to launch and need a smooth transition to the market? We can offer an open and adaptive test environment in Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden with real end users. Where services, products and prototypes may be evaluated, interoperability tested and integrated into a test network. The unique test facility provides access methods such as 3G/4G mobile telephony, fibre to the home, and Municipal WiFi – all with real end users.

We have special focus on the following areas:

• Smart living including home automation, home networks, and visualisation platforms (such as Android).

• eHealth for prolonged staying in own home, support for external care and health services. This is related to the smart living activities and also includes security at various levels.

• eGovernance including new methods of delivering public services and new ways of governance.

• eLearning including both new content for teaching and training as well as new ways of delivering the training.

• Service distribution including content delivery and traffic measurements to understand service usage and flows.

CeBa Testbed is an associated project to Mobile Vikings.
