10 countries around the Baltic Sea have together with the EU Commission joined forces on concrete action to boost innovation and competitiveness by investing in innovation milieus, clusters and SME- networks.
Together with leading companies, excellent research environments and innovation agencies and ministries the BSR Stars will position the macro region globally.
